About the event
In this nurturing workshop you will be guided through some simple techniques to connect with your energy body, feel grounded and relaxed.
At the end you will receive some Sound & Energy Healing.
Wear comfortable clotes, make sure you stay warm. Yoga mats will be provided.

Healing Circle
During your healing circle, you will receive a guided meditation to relaxing music and subtle tools to help you connect with your higher self. We finish the circle with a group energy healing session to leave you feeling both grounded and centred.
