Reiki is a very gentle Energy Healing modality,  suitable for children. It's designed to assist with physical and emotional imbalances. It’s non- intrusive, hands are used on or just above the body specific points in the body, related to chakras and meridians to remove energy blockages to allow the energy to flow, clearing and balancing the body's energy systems.  It promotes relaxation and encourages the body’s natural ability to heal it self.  Reiki helps to induce deep relaxation, reduce stress, improve energy levels and increase the person overall sense of peace and wellbeing.
